I work at a busy and growing Dental office so time is very important! I love that it is so easy to pull up a report with Dental Intel showing all the unscheduled treatment opportunities in our practice. We were using a different program and it was frustrating because we were wasting valuable time sifting through hundreds of names to only find a few that really had unscheduled treatment. With Dental Intel it’s just a few clicks and the information is right there at my fingertips. We are making a ton more calls! There is so much more you can do as well! Already this has been a huge time saver in our practice!!
New patients are certainly important but almost equally important are existing patients. As a good friend of mine who manages an office in another state often tells me, "Getting the phone to ring and keeping the schedule full is a two way street", meaning that the office must have a system of reaching out to contact existing patients that includes phone calls Often too much emphasis is placed on automated systems and patients fall through the cracks. I can see that we are somewhat guilty of that too.
Just waiting for new patients to call is only one side of the coin in having a busy schedule and dental offices must also be involved in reaching out (calling) our existing patients (past due, etc). Both of these are what gets the phone ringing!

Dental Intel makes tracking and following up with my patients so easy. My favorite part is that my staff can see that their calls are actually working and patients do call back to schedule. I have just added all my staff as providers so I can track treatment case acceptance and I can't wait to see the numbers and be able to train my staff better. Dental Intel has definitely made a difference in the practice. To the doctor that has been unimpressed all I can say is you need to talk to them again and start over on your training because you need this software in your practice.

I have been manually putting in "end of the month stats" for a practice with several locations. It was time consuming and I constantly found the numbers weren't accurate because the staff would forget to send me important info. They started with Dental Intel and WOW what a difference it has made in my job. I am able to effectively get them their numbers and I don't have to rely on other staff to get me the accurate information. All of the offices now have accurate end of the month information that they can rely on.
I love the ability to ask a question and get a response usually within minutes. Our Team is very excited about the new updates for the Follow Ups!
